With over 25 years of experience, Stephanie Mason blends her rehabilitation background into her Pilates practice, making her approach uniquely therapeutic. She values your time, commitment, and investment in Pilates, emphasizing body awareness and addressing muscular deficiencies from the inside out.

Stephanie's extensive experience includes working with seniors, prenatal and post-natal, world class athletes, amateur athletes, and a range of all ages of men and women. Stephanie addresses issues such as back pain, core strength, joint, and muscualr weaknesses. She excels in tailoring sessions to individual needs, always listening to her clients and understanding their goals.

As a former owner of Pilates Pure studios she has trained hundreds of people and certified students across the country to become instructors. Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach to Pilates. After a brief hiatus following her move from Colorado Springs to Ohio, she returns with renewed energy, ready to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals through personalized and caring Pilates sessions.
